I was having a lot of trouble with sleeping and after trying practically everything else, decided to give hypnosis a try. A friend referred me to Meredith who seems to get most of her clients by word of mouth (which really says something.) I have to say that I am sooooo skeptical and don't always like trying new things, but I am very happy I listened to my friend and tried this out. Meredith is truly gifted, very kind, enjoyable to spend time with and just plain smart. I am sleeping soundly through the night and as a result, everything in my life is better. It was quick and effective. Now I'm the one sending people to Meredith for help with whatever.

Hypnosis with Meredith was such a powerful experience. I contacted her to lose weight and I have lost 48 lbs so far, but even more valuable than that, I just feel happy and confident for the first time since I was very, very young. My boost in self-esteem is worth so much more than the weight loss to em and I never would have believe such a change was possible in a short period of time. Meredith is patient and smart and really cares. I feel like she's on my team and it feels great to get such unconditional acceptance and support. I previously went through the 7th Path Hypnosis method with another therapist, not part of Your Path Hypnosis. The results were great, 200% worth it and I have changed my outlook on life completely (not frustrated anymore, more patients, happier, sleep better, more positive).

I suggested my wife go through the same process because it was so worth while (her reasons for going was for much deeper psychological reasons pertaining to a life-long chronic illness). (and these issues where as heavy as they get). Meredith invested SO MUCH TIME in helping my wife understand herself in ways we never thought were possible.

Meredith went beyond what she needed to do as a hypnotherapist, the quality time and effort she put in was so much more than the hourly rate she charged.

Compared to my hypnotherapist Meredith was so many levels above in skill, depth of caring, time spent and guiding her patient past their issues.

If you have some what ordinary issues,or life-long, deep traumatic issues you need to deal with (and get past relatively quickly) go see Meredith. I recommend her over everyone else and she is absolutely, with out question, worth your investment and time spent.

She is the best. (wife and I will be going back for "tune-ups" as well.)

Meredith is my life saver. She was there for me even outside our sessions. One call, and she was there for me! She doesn't look at the clock to see if your time is up. So many tears I wasted ... and Mer was there for me every step of the way. She can help you with any of your problems.

I just completed a series of sessions with Meredith and I just have to say that she is truly awesome. I have had severe back pain for years and then developed a chronic dependence on pain killers that almost ruined my marriage. My pain is gone, I am off the meds and my marriage is better than it has ever even been.
