Never Again
I bought a game here as a gift for a friend after checking with the clerk for their return policy. He gave me a credit card slip as the receipt. I removed the price tag to give it to my friend, who then told me that he already had it. So, I return to the store 2 days later. The sales clerk there at the time didn't know how to do returns, so the manager came over. I explain the reason for my return and he tells me that the receipt was not the one that I should have, even though that was all I'd been given by his staff. He reluctantly starts processing the return. As he is leaving, he looks at the box and says snidely, If I didn't know better, I'd think that this had been opened and reshrink-wrapped. I said, WHAT? And he says, There's no price tag on this even. And I say, Yes, because as I've already explained, it had been for a GIFT, but we didn't even open the box. He responds with a sarcastic, Hmmm... while walking away still holding it up to his face for inspection, leaving me with my cheeks flaming. Even if this is the last store on earth that has the most coveted game ever, I will never return.
