Took my special ordered and made ddress to that lady to add a bussle and get it steamed. The day of pick up she kept telling me to try it on and i kept sating no because all she did was steam it and add a button to pick up the train. Well she steamed it infront of me and made wme wait. So later that day went to put my dress on for my wedding to find she had done alterations on it without my knowledge. We had to cut my dress apart, saftey pin it and sew it basically on me so i could make it down stairs in time before the JP left. Next day we went back to get a refund and make her pay for my ruined dress. She said :You still got married didnt you" we proceded to tell her that all my wedding pictures were ruined as well due to the fact my bra was showing in every single one. She then told me to bring her pictures as proof. She then made me try on my dress because she said it was too big to begin with which it wasnt, and said she did the alterations as a favor and never charged me for it. I will be taking her to court because she said thats the only way i was getting my money back. Do not give her your business.
