You Send Me is a great little place, located across from Walnut Square, to send mail or packages. They also offer a notary service that is quick and efficient. Unlike the downtown Berkeley post office, the UPS, and FedEx services in Berkeley that have rude customer service and long waits, You Send Me is a place where I can send packages without feeling stressed out. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful to say the least and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. The customer service is unbeatable and prices relative to other mailing companies. I would definitely recommend going here if you are as fed up with the USPS downtown as I am. Extra bonus, the original Peet's coffee is right across the street!

Terrible Service
I had a box there for years and they closed it down without calling me (while I was out of town). Then, when I paid the expensive fees to have it rekeyed and reopened, the owner never reopened it and sent a bunch of my mail back. When I asked for a refund she wouldn't give me all my money back. And, all of this was handled by her with a terrible attitude and no respect.

Overpriced...
You Send Me charges more than any place I've ever seen. It's too bad that the wealthy folks in Berkeley have no clue what shipping charges are... they have no idea they're being robbed. Suckers.
