I have been going to this hospital for over 8 years now and I have a lot of pets so I fully understand a lot about caring for pets and this hospital & I just wanted to comment on some of the statements that you made. First of all I noticed that you were forced to go here which is interesting because if you had a bad experience why would you continue to go back? The only conclusion that I can surmise is that they did in fact take care of your pets to your reasonable satisfaction. The other comment that you made was that you went there for life-threatening emergencies. Just as with people, if you make an appointment & go in to a doctor office it is much cheaper than a trip to the emergency room with a life-threatening illness. You could spend close to $20,000 or more! Since you claim that you only went in for life-threatening emergencies, wouldn't you expect to pay more? I would much rather walk in and be greeted with a smile than the alternative. Your comment about the 5 plasma TVs is just ridiculous. I have to take my cat in about once a week and I know very well that there are only 2, and I don't think lying about that bodes well for you. Not only that, but the assumption that these TVs are for the staff is ridiculous. They are there for us and for our comfort, same thing with the exam room. I'm sure that you w
