I will never live anywhere without a yoga shelter again
Yoga Shelter is the only yoga studio I have been to in California where (1) none of the staff acts snotty; (2) the instructors calm down and let me flow and (3) I can build a six-pack in four weeks. Yoga Shelter I love you.

Amazing yoga studio
Such a great place that is no judgemental of your abilities. They allow you to get a great workout for the body, soul and mind. I leave there a few times a week feeling the best I can be. Love this studio and would highly recommend it to anyone. Yogi's or beginners!
