Bad service, low end and low quality dresses.No respect.I
i walked out s soon as i saw the store and the people working there were rookies. She didn't even knew what fabric the dress was made of and when i asked what do u call this style? She said she has to ask her manager!

I ended up not getting my dress here, but I wanted to review them because they were so incredibly NICE. They spent so much time with me, and they actually do have a fantastic selection. Their shop is beautiful, and their dresses are IMMACULATE, the cleanest dresses I have seen in any shop so far (their discount rack dresses were also in wonderful condition....they take such good care of all their dresses.) They were not at all pushy and completely understand that brides shop everywhere. I would tell anyone to include them on their short list of bridal shops, anytime.

They are absolutely wonderful. Both my sister and I bought our dresses there (me 11 years after her). I actually live in Connecticut, so my mom, sister and I went in just to have some fun, but their customer service and dresses were so wonderful, so it was worth the cross country dealings. They helped me pick out a number of dresses based off of the pictures I brought in and I immediately fell in love with the first one I tried. Of course being from the other side of the country made the fittings a little difficult, but they were wonderful about scheduling my appointment 9 months before my wedding when I would be in CA for Christmas. Unfortunately, the manufacturer made a mistake in the bodice of my dress, but Yelena's made sure to make them fix it without charge--not to mention the fact that Yelena's delayed my final payment until my next fitting because of the problem! Because of the mistake, I had to fly out again for another fitting over Labor Day week-end (which worked out for the better with other wedding details as well). The shop was going to be closed, but the owner came in especially for me because she knew it was the only time I could make it out to California before the wedding (which was 3 weeks later). All of the ladies who work at Yelena's are wonderful and love their jobs and the people they help. I felt like an absolute princess!

Yelena's Bridal was the third Bridal Shop I had been to looking for Bridesmaids dresses. I had an appointment and when I arrived, I was standing there for a good 5 minutes before someone ackowleged me! Once I was helped they told us to pick the dresses that we liked, so we did and after waiting for a dressing room for 20 minutes, they left us there trying on dresses on our own with no consultants assisting us at all! After noticing how little interest they had in us purchasing our dresses here, we left the dresses in the dressing room and just walked out! They probably didn't even notice us walking out the door! Yelena's Customer Service SUCKS and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!!!

These girls are GREAT! I've used them for so many things... All of my sisters go there for deb dresses, and now I'm going to get my wedding dress there. To give you an example of how helpful these girls are... we had to special order for my sister cause shes short and the bottom of the dress she picked was beaded or I'm not sure what... but they special ordered from the company and when the company messed up, they were more upset than we were! They had everything fixed in time to make the deb ball and everything looked amazing. They can rework wedding dresses to meet any specification, and have a good selection, both in the store or through their books. I would do all my business with them if I were in the business of getting married... haha... as it is I only get to use them occassionally but they're my go-to girls. AND THEY'RE SO MUCH CHEAPER than other people in the area. BEST bargain ever.
