Yale Chase is a great company to have your forklift serviced They do all makess which is really convienient. Their service department has good response times and their prices for service are fair. The technicians are knowledgeable and have attention to detail. They aren't rude like most techs and they are clean in appearance. The techs take time to explain the repairs and inform you of needed services. They usually quote repairs within 24 hours from the time of service. Other places can take days or weeks to get quotes for repairs. I would reccomend them fo any of your forklift needs. The parts staff is knowledgable and the service dispatcher is very polite on the phone. The service manager is friendly and appears to have a knack ofr customer service. A+ in my book. They also offer rentals, which I have needed from time to time. Units provided are reliable and clean. Overall great experience so far.
