I have been to this place twice; the first time I was in the place I needed an X ray for my back, I had no problem but the fact that they did take about 35 minutes to see me. I figured it was the first time I was in the place so the need to build the file checks insurance what ever; the female receptionist was really nice.
But my second time was the worst, I called for a 10 AM appointment and they told me they could only see me at 9 AM. I arrived 20 minutes before I was to be there, the male receptionist was off the bat rude. He would answer the phone with attitude and would make faces like he was making fun of the people on the other end. He kept asking me questions about what I was getting done and about my insurance, told him I was in the system and he ignored me like I was maybe mistaken and was never there.
Everyone was doing something different from walking around, making called, checking personal e-mail and no other patients in site.... I was there with my mom, we started talking to each other about this wait now it was 9:20 AM 40 minutes after I arrived. Finally around 9:35 AM I was told to drink water since I was going to get an ultrasound, NO ONE COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT SOONER? Then I was placed in a room where the tech told me to put my pant and underwear to my knees I said why?? It a kidney ultrasound? Well I did not do it just put the low enough and covered my self with the paper they give you. I had chemotherapy and after that just had a baby so I gained weight, I already feel bad about my stomach then they have me side ways making me feel so bad about my self. The tech leaves and an older guy comes in, does the same test and tells me the following:
YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS? WELL I AM GOING TO SAVE YOU A LOT OF MONEY HERE SO YOU DON'T PAY A WIGHT CLINIC TO TELL YOU THIS. YOU DON'T CHEW YOUR FOOD; YOU PROBABLY DRINK TO MUCH SODA, NOT EAT BREAKFAST AND SHOVE THE FOOD DOWN YOUR MOUTH... HE WENT ON ABOUT ME PROBABLY HAVING DIABETIS AND HIGH BLOOD PREASURE.
