They charge exorbitant prices. $50 to fix my Blackberry track ball!! What a rip. Another store I went to did it for $15. What they tell you over the phone is usually different from what you pay. They will end up telling you more things are broken then actually are. Consumer beware.‎

I broke my iphone screen and my husbands trackball on his blackberry stopped functioning. We needed immediate help and contacted worldwidecommunication, we were quoted a price of $79 for the iphone repair and $29 for our blackberry and a turnaround time of 1 hour for both. We got what were promised. Such a wonderful and friendly atmosphere we will do business with worldwidecommunication forever and continue to recommend family and friends.THE BEST SERVICES RECEIVED.‎

I needed a track ball for my blackberry so I called world wide communication and they gave a price of $20.00. Once I was at the store they gave a price of $59.00. I needed the track ball so I decided to go for it until they told me I needed to leave the phone for 2 days. That is when I had enough I said no way! I asked why did I need to leave the phone for that long so a simple 1 minute procedure. They told me they needed to open my phone and inspect it. So I told them to forget it and left. I went to the Verizon wireless store and they gave me a blackberry track ball for free and it only took 10 seconds to install the track ball. This will be that last time I deal with World Wide communication. I don't recommend this store at all. Dont bother doing business with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!‎
