My family and I have bought hats from this store for a couple of years. In all that time, we have never recommended the store simply because of the help you get from the sales staff. What they lack in the ability to sell hats they make up for by being rude. This is a store you go to only when you can't find your hat anywhere else!

They had a lot of hats, but apperenly they don't want to sell any of them.

My wife and I were there for less than 15 minutes and already had a total of 6 hats that we put on the counter to buy, nice, expensive hats. My wife asked to try on a hat that was out of reach and the store owner started YELLING AT HER!

He told her that if she tried on too many hats she will just get confused. I said, Excuse me? And my wife said, Don't you want me to buy the hats? The man said, If you don't know what you want, you never will!

What? It was the most rude, strange shopping experience I've ever had. We walked out and bought nothing.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAZY PLACE!

World Hats Mart has a great selection of a wide range of hats ranging from fredoras, to cowboy hats (the reason I went there) to novelty hats (pope hats, jester hats, cake hats...) with a good selection of sizes. However, the people in the store were very little help in helping me find the right size of hat, or of showing me a selection of hats that matched what I was looking for. After about 45 minutes of looking I finally did find the hat for me, but it was not due to any help from the sales people.

Overall, if you have a specific hat you're looking for, they are a good place to look, but don't expect any help.

PROS: Good selection
CONS: Bad sales assistance

This one is a keeper. They have all different types of hats here, cowboy hats, newsboy hats, baseball caps, everything! Even if you don't buy anything it is very interesting to browse around on a hot summer afternoon!
