This is a sub par gym. It was a "Gold's Gym" but they sold it. It has a lot of equipment, mostly free weights, some cardio but no nice ammenities. Most the equipment is older and never seemed clean to me. Lot's of big muscle heads here and signs all over the place about not selling sterioids, probably because it's rampant in this place. If you work out here expect to hear lots of groaning and yelling. This is a guy's gym for serious, serious body building.
