We called Woody's on Tuesday morning (6-8) for a replacement screen door. Patrick promptly returned our call and came to our home that afternoon for measurements. We were shown a selection of door-styles as well as material-samples. Patrick told us that the door would be ready the following week, which we found agreeable. On Friday, (6-11), Patrick delivered and installed our screen door ahead of schedule! Needless to say, we were delighted! The screen door is of extraordinary quality and the install was quick and efficient. Patrick is as knowledegable as he is good humored.
We are planning to replace our front screen door with a security door and we will be using Woody's for this job. We highly recommend Woody's.

We just had 11 Milgard windows installed, and we couldn't be more pleased. Patrick and Jeff worked in 100 degree heat to remove our old aluminum windows and install new vinyl ones. The guys worked hard and did a great job: both the windows and the house look wonderful. Pat is no fan of paperwork, but he is very knowledgeable about his product. More importantly, he was very accommodating in arranging the installation date and payment. We felt he and his installer were honest and hardworking and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

How nice it is in this age of the big box stores to find a small business that treats you like a neighbor. Woody is a kind gentleman who has been around. He has obviously learned the value of extending efficient and thorough service. His prices are very fair. I could not have asked for more from my experience with him. Same day service if you get together early enough in the day. Keep it up Woody.

I would not recommend using this company. Although woody is very nice as a person, he does not run his business well. He kept rescheduling last minute at my inconvenience, for unacceptable reasons. And it took forever to get him to return phonecalls and finally come out. We were unsure if we'd ever get our window that we had already paid for. When he finally came out, he was extremely late, and instead of being apologetic he actually tried to blame it on my directions, which were in fact correct directions, and either way, it would not be a good enough excuse for being HOURS late. Additionally, he said "they" forgot to send one piece and he'd either put it in in a few weeks, or "just leave it at our door and we can put it in"!!! And it's been a few MONTHS and we still don't have the piece, so our window will not stay open. When we finally got a hold of him, because he does not return phonecalls apparently, he said he come by on Monday...well it's friday...no part, no woody, no phonecall. Your choice...do you really want to do business with a guy like that?

I'd highly recommend getting screens from Woody's. Not only are the prices fair and reasonable compared to other places, but they provide great customer service. The guy who came out for the service call measured all the windows precisely, recommended which screens should be fixed for less vs replacing completely, and gave good advice on the quality of screens to order. Finally, he was very flexible and allowed us to pick up the windows at his home when the shop was closed.
