Purchased a new sewing machine that had a defective presser foot (parts of it were floating in the bottom of the box that should have been on the machine). When I phoned to ask for a replacement the owner's response was, "You must have done something wrong, because I've never had one of those machines returned... Sometimes people just don't want to spend the money." WRONG ATTITUDE! DEMANDED A REFUND. NOW GUESS WHAT, MY MONEY AND MY BUSINESS ARE GOING ELSEWHERE!
