Think twice
I have read the reviews on this page and want to let people know that Dr. Boris is my primary care doctor and has little to do with my end diagnosis, the front desk was annoyed to give me an appointment and when I spoke to him he didn't listen and handed me antibiotics. When I ended up in the E.R antibiotics won't do much, I need a simple surgery instead. I still have problems getting approval for surgery because he's to busy to see me, honestly don't waste your time with this guy. I'm a young person and he dosen't take illness very seriously.

BEST URGENT CARE IN WEST VALLEY...DR's WHO CARE
I was injured at work when I fell down a staircase. They took me right in and did complete exam and x-rays etc. My son is a emergency room Dr and both Sonia and Boris Vaisman put their hearts into their medical care. They watched and cared for me for months with Chiropractic care, Medical care., And best of all Human care because I was unable to go back to work and they gave me the time as did their staff to make me feel comfortable . I felt like they were family. Thanks, Richard Halem....I am also a vietnam vet.

Caring Doctor
It was nice to see a doctor that took the extra time with me. Not just in and out. Had a bit of a wait, but once I got into a room the doctor was in in a few minutes. the doctor himself actually called me back with my results! not his staff. Hopefully you don't need a doctor, but if you do... I recommend them.

Unprofessional, Rude, Disorganized,
First off, payment is immediately made for the office visit. Then I was ushered to a room and had to wait 45 minutes before the Doctor can see me. Ultimately, I was convinced to have additional examinations done. X-ray, urine, saliva ,and bloodtest; equals more money. Payment first.

Stuck a long swab down my throat for samples, stuck a needle for skintest - both done without explaining first what they were doing it for. After placing urine and saliva sample in a container, no one took it and someone just told me to put it anywhere in the room. No labels, no name, no ID.

I was instructed to come back in two days for a re-check. Came as instructed and sat on the room for over 1 hour. The tech and receptionist were very rude and unprofessional. No one seems to know why I was there, then makes unfounded speculations to the result of my skin test. Tells me I'm positive with TB. A technician comes in the room and takes my temp and my bloodpressure. Not a word was spoken. I had to ask what my bloodpressure was. 130/80, then walks out.

Doctor comes in after over an hour, ask me why I was there, then looks over my skin test, then my log, and within a span of two minutes, tells me he can't make a report with any certainty because of the results from the test not being available. He needs for me to come back the next day. He believes my skin test is borderline positive with TB, but he isn't sure.

I come back the next day and waited. Still no result. I was told to call the next day once they review all my results. Left and after 10 min., I get a call from the doctor telling me my x-ray shows healthy lungs and TB is negative. Tells me to call the next day for result of lab work.

Next day they call to tell me I have to come back to get my bloodtaken again because the lab broke the vial during their labwork. I refuse to subject myself to this nonsense anymore.

$550.00 later and I have nothing. You need care, go someplace else. Very unprofessional.

Avoid this facility. Go at your own risk.
HORRIBLE! Frightening! Avoid this Ugent Care (especially the one on Topange Cyn.) The worst experience with a medical facility ever immagined. Management is rude, insulting and combative. Medical personnel is unpredictable. Go at your own risk.
