I love this toy store! You can always find the perfect gift for any child! Even though I'm an adult, I have fun shopping and browsing around in here as well. We never leave empty-handed.

The Wooden Horse is a high-end toy/gift shop right next door to Togo's. The children's products are outstanding from books to games to figures. I'd say from 6 months to 12 years old you'll find high-end products that will fit that age group. Be warned- the prices are high-end as well but justified.

The Wooden Horse is a gem of a toy store that sells many of the nicer quality toys that get passed down for generations. You won't find a lot of the usual ToysRUs type of junky toys here. Wooden Horse stocks brands like Brio, Lego, Folkmanis Puppets, Playmobile, etc. These toys are not cheap, but they last forever and are the kind of toys that stimulate children's creativity and learning while still being tons of fun. They also carry art supplies, good quality board games, science toys, musical toys, and a whole room of dolls and doll house supplies. I've heard a rumor that even Santa shops at Wooden Horse to find what he needs!

Employees are well-trained and knowledgeable, and the selection is wonderful. I'll never visit Toys R Us again! Lots of nature toys, award-winning games, Brio/Lego selections, musical instruments, puppets and cute plush, baby toys, books, art/craft items. If you need a gift for a child and don't know what to buy come here! My oldest child is 11 and just starting to outgrow the selection, but I suppose that's true for all toy stores. Free gift wrap.

I love shopping at Wooden Horse. They have a great selection of quality toys. Last Christmas I bought a rock tumbler for my 6 year old and it was the best gift. The Wooden Horse will gift wrap for free which is the best perk of all!
