Completely Lacking Followthrough - Not...‎
These guys might do a good job for contractors, but if you're a homeowner looking to add a fireplace to your house I can't recommend them. Customer service is the some of the worst that I've ever encountered. I never once got a call back from them in the time it took to get my fireplace ordered and installed. Their idea of record keeping is to write things down on whatever scrap piece of paper is handy and promptly lose it. When asked about the problem later, they magically have no memory of it. If you do go with them, be aware that you will have to nag them at least once a week to get anything done.‎
