I have been using Woodard-Ficetti since 1994 even though I have traveled all over and live in Florida now! They have even repaired damages done by other dry cleaners. I have taken silk gowns (circa 1930's) and they turn out beautiful! This is the only dry cleaners I would trust any expensive or valuable dress or item with. I now fly my items with me when I visit my daughters in California or send them to my daughters to have them take it in to this dry cleaner. Though I have lived in places where one would think great dry cleaners would abound, (Honolulu and Washington DC) there have been none that I can entirely trust without worrying that an item will be destroyed! They cannot be rushed (usually takes a week or so), and they are not the cheap cleaners that throws everything together. They are truly the best.

I did some research and could not find a dry cleaners that could give me a confidence" yes we could clean that" but rather a " we could only do spot cleaning" .

I came across the one review for this place and thought i would take the risk, And they gave me the assurance that they could take care of it.

Yes they were expensive, but they were well worth it. My dress is just as beautiful as it was when i first got it. I recommend this place highly.

This is probably the most expensive dry cleaner in town, but you get what you pay for. I only use them for really special items because they are so expensive, but I never have to worry about things getting lost or damaged. They do an excellent job repairing holes in sweaters. They were even able to find matching thread for my green sweater. This is also the place to have your wedding dress cleaned and boxed for storage.
