Wonderful School/Daycare
I love this school and would reccomend it to anyone. I was with the Wonder Years for about 3 years and both of my children loved it there. The staff became almost like family and everyone is very nice. It's very clean and well run. I have never experienced anything other than caring and love from everyone that worked there.

Great Daycare
I want to start off by saying that the Wonder Years is a great daycare. My child, who is 3 years old has been here for 1 year and loves it. My child talks about the teachers all the time. They are very caring and friendly. They take very good care of the children, and treat them as if they were their own. Also, all of the rooms are spotless and neat. The ownwer is wonderful. She knows all of the children's names and is always available to address any questions and/or conserns parents may have. I highly reccomend The Wonder Years.
Next, I want to address the previous post made by AmsndaSI. Please don't feel like I am attacking you, but you made some serious accusations about 2 wonderful teachers, Kathy and Randi. I am an educator, and I can tell you that it is appropriate for ANY teacher to remove a child from the classroom if they are aggressive and/or missbehaving. There are certain rules children should follow in school, and at 2, children should follow rules. Sometimes, we as parents do not like it when others discipline our children, but some behaviors that might be appropriate at home, are not appropriate at achool. Honestly ,I don't want my child to be around children who are aggressive towards them and possesive of things. Would YOU? Kathy and Randi did NOTHING wrong. And, you talk about your child coming home with scratches and bruises? Come on, you are saying that your child never gets bruised?????? Your child never falls and gets bruises??????? Also, the scratches? Didn't a parent see exacly what happened and offered to talk to you and you did not? What does that say? Please think about your actions before you accuse people and mess with their carreers.

A wonderful school
My daughter has been in the wonder years for two years. I can't begin to tell you how much I love this school. When I was searching for a place for my daughter to attend, I visited many nursery/ pre-schools. A close friend recommened the Wonder Years and it was the BEST decision I made. Since the first day my daughter started ,she loved it. The teachers and staff are warm and loving.
My daughter has developed a love for reading that is amazing at the age of three. She knows so much information and sings so many songs that it is evident that the education given to these small children is priceless. As an educator myself I am so excited to see the love of learning start at such a young age.
The love and care the teachers and staff show for all their students is wonderful.
Last year my daughter was in the hospital for a short time. Not only did the school send her cards and well wishes.... her teachers came to visit her. My daughter still talks about how her teachers came to see her at the "BIG" doctors.
I would recommend this school to anyone. I travel from the south shore everyday to have my daughter attend the wonder years. I am sad she only has one year left. Can't wait to send my next child there!!!!!!!!!

wonderyears staff
I have been a parent of the Wonder Years for the past 6 years and connected with the school for the past 11, as my niece and nephew were students there also (along with their cousins that are in their teens). My 7 year old son graduated from there 2 years ago and my 4 year old daughter is there currently. I know many parents that have used the school and I have happily referred people to the school. As an educator myself (along with many other parents at the Wonder Years) I have ALWAYS been thrilled with the progress the students I have known, have made at this establishment-( by the way, many end up in honor programs in elementary school).
The staff there is WONDERFUL . The administrator knows each and every child that walks through her doors and even many of their siblings before they become students of hers. My son recalls ALL his favorite teachers to his sister on a daily basis( too many wonderful women and girls to mention-including some that other posters felt the need to mention by name, by the way, TWO of his FAVORITES- also my nephews.) As far as I know, my family, my sister's family, friends and collegues have all been happy with EACH and EVERY person that our children have been involved with at the school. We are always welcomed with BIG hugs from the prior teachers.
I still reccommnend the Wonder Years and will continue to do so, just as the many people that HIGHLY recommnended it to OTHER posters.

Lots of confusing reviews...seems like...‎
I know many people who have had children attend this school and they LOVED it! I went in to check it out and it seemed very clean and the kids seemed happy. One Pre-K class was making fruit salad and the other was meeting with a librarian that had come in from the local library to visit with them. I think that Vicky was kind and genuinely cared about the kids. I also checked this school out online and called the New York State Department of Mental Health and Hygiene. They have no records of any of the complaints listed below. I was very concerned about sending my daughter to Pre-K at Wonder Years in the Fall after reading these bad reviews but it seems that someone just has an agenda or had a bad experience there. After all the research I have done I feel confident that my child will have a good experience. I will report back after she starts in September ...
