Dr. Donna Kasello is an excellent gynecologist and obstetrician. I am very satisfied with her competent care and professionalism over the years. One thing that could be improved is the lengthy wait-time for an appointment.

Everytime you have a scheduled appointment you wind up waiting at least 1 hour to get in to the doctor. Never an explanation as to why they are so far behind or an apology. I guess they don't value anybody's time but there own.

Being a first time parent, I would expect to get answers to my questions in a professional manner.....or at least get an answer. When my wife and I were finally able to tell the sex of our baby in the sonogram, the tech said the results aren't 100% positive. That's understandable if ones done the appropriate reading on the subject, but when I decided to ask what the variables could be that would change reading, her cold response was, If it grows a penis. With that, she turned with a grimace on her face and continued the exam.
This is only one instance of many to discuss. Needless to say, we changed doctors that week. Don't bother with these people! In a time where stress and bad feelings should be kept to a minimum, Womens Medical did nothing but stress us out and make me angry!

Although it has been 8 years since I was a patient at this gyn/ob center, the memory will stay with me for a lifetime. 10 weeks into a VERY difficult pregnancy, I had to change caregivers and was forced to go outside of my insurance plan to find a physician who could deal with my specific needs. These doctors did not appreciate the midnight call from my panicked husband. I will not gross you out with the details, but suffice it to say I needed emerygency care.
