Workmanship was good. Everything was professional until the project started. Schedule changes occurred, and didn't find out until last-minute. In addition, they asked for final payment before the project was done, which has never happened to me before. I ended up paying, and felt once I paid, I was put on their "C" list. The respect was no longer there.
