I grew up seeing Dr. Henrichs. While I found his treatment to be effective, his bedside manner left much to be desired. This feeling was also shared by my parents. As a child and teen, I felt that his manner did not put me at ease at all like other doctors did. But, his treatments did work. So, it just depends on what is important to you!
