Great retail wine & place to enjoy a glass or two
Wine Steals is a great place to buy wine. They have a decent selection and good prices. It's also a great place to sit and have a glass or two in a nice setting in Liberty Station. They have indoor and nice out door seating overlooking part of the golf course. The staff is nice and friendly and food is good too. I was there for a business dinner and will be going back.

Good food, service was average.
After driving by this Wine Steals on an almost daily basis, I finally stopped in this evening and met my cousin for a nice happy hour drink. I sat at the bar for a bit and was warmly greeted by the servers. However, when I asked what their specials were for happy hour, they didn’t seem very enthused to explain. As in most wine bars, they offer you samples of wine you are considering ordering. I actually preferred the Wine Steals Chardonnay over the other white wine makes on the happy hour menu. I also ordered a half salad (which was huge) and a wrap, which I split with my cousin. This was definitely enough food for both of us to share, and we even had salad left over. We ended up paying about $22 for 2 glasses of wine, salad, and wrap, which we thought was a decent deal. I would definitely come back again!

Golf, drink wine, enjoy life.
Wine Steals is strategically located right at the Sail Ho Golf Course. My wife and I love to golf and drink wine, so this is the perfect combo!
The place has been beautifully converted from the old abandoned building it use to be before the complete overhaul of the golf course several years ago. The building maintained its raw brick interior, giving it a"cellar" feel. There is a bar, several tables, and couches with tables. Those are the most sought-after seating. There's also another room around the back which offers more couches and tables, as well as a bit more privacy and quiet.
At Wine Steals, there's rows of bottled wine to purchase from all over the United States and the world. You scout out which bottle you want to drink and the bartenders/waiters will uncork it for you. There's also a menu for food - basically fruit and cheese plates, and pizzas. The prices of the wine vary from moderate to expensive. The food is very good, and their prices are reasonable.
Just a note: absolutely no one under the age of 21 is permitted inside the building - not even babies! But they wouldn't be playing golf anyway.

Great wine bar
I usually come here for happy hour. They have good priced wine during that time & usually have some type of pizza on special. I like their cheese plates and hummus.

great place to relax with friends by Jennifer D. at InsiderPages
I love all the wine steals locations. They always have comfortable seating where you can lounge with your friends and taste wonderful wines. Their cheese wheel is fantastic and goes nicely with the tastings. The prices are great and they are always willing to answer your questions about the wines.
