Did not meet deadlines. Did not return phone calls. Disorganized and difficult to work with. Ordered shutters four months ago and still do not have them. Do your research before ordering with this company.

Windows By Design does not deliver on time or at all

I waited for months for outdoor shutters. The shutters were never ordered and there was no paperwork on file, plus the salesman had left the company. I demanded a refund for my deposit and have gone elsewhere. I am not alone in having this happen.
