Awful Experience‎
I second the previous review that Dr. Elmer's method is a sham. It's been two years since my last visit and I am still paying him monthly. If you have $6000 handy and a very serious condition, you may want to give him a try, otherwise, BEWARE!‎

Relief, sweet relief
I have been a patient of Dr. Elmers for more than 2 years and I have been so grateful for the relief I have received as a result of my therapy. While it is true that you must make a very serious committment to the treatment, it is very much worth it! I came to Dr. Elmer to get help because of severe pain in my knees. I was about to have surgery and end up in a wheelchair for the rest of my life. As the mother of 6 I couldn't accept that kind of fate! Because of my treatment with Dr. Elmer I am still walking and have very little problem with pain. I am able to function normally so that I can take care of my children. If I miss an appointment for some reason, I notice a relapse and suffer from pain again. I consider the time I spend with the doctor and his staff to be well spent time. I am worth it! The cost has been minimal for not only myself but several of my family members. Dr. Elmers wife/office manager has helped me to make it financially possible for our treatment. I have seen ...

Headaches be gone!
I am a patient of Dr. Elmer's and have been for the past year or so. I came to him because of bad headaches and a numbness in my feet. I had spent thousands being seen by doctors and so called specialists with no results. I was recommended to him by a friend who is also a patient. Since coming I do not have headaches any more. When I am faithful in my therapies the numbness goes away. This is an amazing system. The Pettibon therapies The cost after insurance has been an investment in my care and my health. The office is an open setting and I have learned from other patients. I have made friends in this friendly office. The doctor is open and will give you any time you need. This is a system that is a two way street. The doctor does his part and you as the patient need to do your home exercises. Results are shown on x-rays and I can see the reuslts of the care I am recieving. I am greatful for Dr. Elmer and his staff.‎

Save your time, money, and hope!
Roger R. Elmer is a total sham and should not even be considered a doctor. No matter what your injury is, EVERYONE gets the same recommended treatment plan. The MINIMUM treatment is 128 office visits. Even if you have health insurance, take your co-pay and multiply it by 128. If you pay $25 each time that brings you to $3200! but that's not all. Everyone must do 25 sessions on a decompression table at $100 bucks a pop ($2500!!!!) for a treatment that although might be beneficial, might not even be necessary...let alone 25 times. So, you have insurance with a decent copay, and your treatment at Advanced Spinal solutions will still cost you roughly $5000- $6000 at least. After your 128 visits, you then get re-evaluated to determine how much more treatment you might need. They use the Pettibon System. Do your research...online you find tons of stuff to promote this system..all funded by Pettibon and it's cult of doctors. Trust me, there is a reason there is only ONE certified by ...
