My mother was a patient in their supposed Express Recovery Unit. This unit is a complete joke. The facility professes great care, great food, patients are able to choose what they would like to eat off of a menu made for those patients who wish to eat something else other than what is on the regular menu, THIS IS FALSE ! ! !. My mother was diabetic, needed a certain diet, of course I was assured that this would be followed through, the dietary supervisor refused to meet with me, the so-called administrator lied through her teeth and let us not forget the nurses who pretend to care and just sit at their desks and listen to other family members complain, agree with them and put them off while myself and others watch them do this. My mother ended up with a sore on her butt, that got worse, had to have surgery and three weeks later she died from so-called complications. I hope this review helps someone else before they their loved one.‎
