I purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, washer, and dryer from Willoughby's on August 9, 2008. I was told at that time that everything but the stove would be in by August 15, 2008 and that the stove would be in by August 25, 2008. I went in today (August 27,2008) to schedule delivery and was told that all they could deliver was the refrigerator and the washing machine and that the expected delivery date for my other items was September 1, 2008 (which happens to be Labor Day, and I am sure that there will be no trucks coming in on that day) I understand that fuel prices have changed delivery schedules, however the lack of concern on the staff's part at Willoughby's was absurd. I made it a point to purchase (in full) my appliances early so that I could avoid this type of mess. This will be the last time I work with Willoughby's and not because of the delay, but because of the total lack of customer service. I am completely disappointed.
