Don't Do It use someone else
I totally agree with Joel for same thing happened to me. We thought we had a great deal with them having lowest price, but soon found why they were. We had ordered a oven, refrigerator and range top. When the first date promised delivery 6 Mar 09 I had to call them to find out when they would be at house. I was told that the oven had to be back ordered, but the refrigerator and range top would be in by end of week. Then that day came and called to see what deal is and was told this time that the range top wasn't in yet and now looked like around 16 Mar 09 for delivery. They can't seem to get story straight guess next they'll be telling me that refrigerator isn't in. They wanted to deliver two out of three, but I know I'd be charged twice so I told them no I want all three at once. I made a call as well as brother-in-law to no avail. They never answered when I called it finally stopped ringing and went to busy signal when I had seen someone inside just minutes earlier it wasn't Sunday either. They were supposesably doing inventory. Then we brother-in-law called he had to leave message with service, but for two days no return call was made. They were fast to charge account, but have failed to produce appliances. I would like to cancel them and find someone that has better buisness savoy. I too will NEVER do buisness with likes of them and will pass word to friends and family.

Trying to support local business by Joel E. at InsiderPages
I purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, washer, and dryer from Willoughby's on August 9, 2008. I was told at that time that everything but the stove would be in by August 15, 2008 and that the stove would be in by August 25, 2008. I went in today (August 27,2008) to schedule delivery and was told that all they could deliver was the refrigerator and the washing machine and that the expected delivery date for my other items was September 1, 2008 (which happens to be Labor Day, and I am sure that there will be no trucks coming in on that day) I understand that fuel prices have changed delivery schedules, however the lack of concern on the staff's part at Willoughby's was absurd. I made it a point to purchase (in full) my appliances early so that I could avoid this type of mess. This will be the last time I work with Willoughby's and not because of the delay, but because of the total lack of customer service. I am completely disappointed.
