I'm sure you all know how it feels to be in a position where you have to do something you don't want to do. That is where I am with Williams Insurance. If I could find a cheaper rate I would never give those people another dime. They are rude, unhelpful, and when you do call for a claim they tell you you know your rates will go up if you file this. So I ask...what good is having insurance...paying hundreds of dollars year after year and then get no benefit from it? Find another Broker to give your money away too.
