I took a ring to Wilkens to get it sized and I had it back the very next day. I had a lot of questions about the process and they had all the answers I needed. They are knowledgable and very friendly. I recomend this place to all my friends. The price was also.. Great!

My fiancee took a bracelet to this store to get it cleaned, and they got it done a timely manner, and did a good job. Their prices are reasonable, and they do a lot of repair on a lot of jewelry, clocks, antiques, etc. People there are friendly, and know what they are doing. The only thing I can say is they need to be open more.
PROS: Quality work, flexible pricing, timely service.
CONS: Store hours are strange. Not open Sundays or Mondays.
