I have been going to Wildwood Hospital for some years now. Dr. Chris and his staff have been nothing but wonderful and kind and their knowledge base is excellent. I would recommend this place of love and happiness to all who love thier pets. I looked for a avian specialist and I surely found one in this place. The money I paid here was well spent and I feel my pets lived longer because I went here, you can spend more money on another place but was it effective? It is not easy to find a veteranarian that will care for reptiles, however Wildwood Hospital does. We took our leopard gecko in, they were able to diagnosis the problem and really did save his life. If you have a need for a reptile doctor, I strongly recomment this hospital.

I take my birds to Dr. Sanders at Wildwood and he is excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring as well. If you are looking for a great avian vet - this is the place. The parking is fine because you can park next door. They have a huge (no kidding) redwood tree in front of their building (which was originally a small house) and it does limit the parking in front of their place. But it's no problem because you can park next door. They are proactive, educational, and sell great bird food (Harrisons) and bird toys too at reasonable prices. They obviously love what they do and love teaching people about handling birds.

I took my dog here for accupuncture and the vet was very caring and seemed to do a very good job. The staff is very nice. On a second visit for more accupuncture, the vet was on the phone and stayed on the phone for 30 minutes leaving my dog and me waiting in the examining room with no explanation from staff until I finally just walked out!

PROS: Good caring vet, nice staff and accupuncture.
CONS: Out in the country, small parking lot, no communication when vet detained.
