Makes it difficult for concerned family members

Mrs. Wilbon was given guardianship of client's estate by the DC's court system many years ago. Refuses to relinquish control to more than able family members. Insists that family take her to court for these rights. DC court is impossible to deal with if lacking legal representation. Has been compensated well over the years by her client's estate. Has done some things well but family is ready for her to relinquish control.
