I am less familiar with this location as I typically go to La Jolla. This might be why I seem to have a hard time navigating it. It is not quite as spacious. That being said, it does have everything I usually buy at Whole Foods and is a little bit less hectic. I've never had trouble parking here but I can see how you might during lunch or any other rush hour. I do sometimes feel like I'm going to crash my cart into someone as the aisles seem narrow.

Last time I was there, I was in and out within about 10 minutes. I have shopped at Whole Foods for long enough to not run into risk of draining my bank account there. People complain about that all the time, but they must be impulse buying or something. This location has catering too, I believe.

This market place has all the good stuff you need if you are trying to change to a healthier lifestyle. They have everything from organic foods to drinks and other earth and health friendly items. There is such a wide variety that this place could be your one stop shop. However, I think It is a little overpriced though. Other than that the food and other items that they have are of very good quality. The employees were also very helpful when i needed something or asked for suggestions. The store was organized very nicely and it was pretty easy to find things that you needed.

Please, do yourself a favor and do not shop at this grocery store if you need groceries and go to the Vons or Ralphs not too far away. This store is completely over priced and the employees who work there act friendly to all the old people simply because they want their money. They really do not care about the customers at all and I feel very bad for all the senior citizens who walk in each time to the café to get something to eat, only to see the employees there practically stealing their money. They charge them for any and every little thing. I would never shop there if I was you.

Wow, this is probably the most friendly grocery store that I have ever had the pleasure of going to. I sat in the eating area after I bought a few snacks while I was waiting for a friend, and I witnessed people talking for a good 15-20 minutes at the deli counter about ideas for dinners, and also getting to know each other, which was really amazing. It made me wish I lived in Hillcrest, because usually grocery shopping is such a boring experience, but if I lived here I would go to the grocery store every day. There is so much amazing food everywhere you go, and there are pizza stations, gelato counters, delis, everywhere, an eating area, and just so much variety. Everyone who works there is SO SO SO friendly. This may convince me to move back to San Diego after college, if I can live nearby and do all of my groceries here.

This is the best market for everything you need to be a healthy eater. It has the best fresh produce, bread, cheese, meat and fish. I have found the best vitamins at the best prices here as well. I buy all my bulk items at Whole foods, everything I have ever been looking for, I find here easily. Common bulk items are usually at the best price as well. I used to think that Whole Foods would be more expensive to shop for food but I was wrong. I love this store and highly recommend it.
