This is a great shop! It is family owned and has been around for years. You can't get a better deal anywhere. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. Every bike I've ever owned has come from this shop and I've loved every one. Great shop and I'd never go anywhere else.

honestly i have noo idea what all these crybabys are talking about! if you break things they cost money too fix.. if you dont wanna pay to fix things that YOU messed up dont mess things up! or fix it yourself! for reals nothing but the up most respect from all these guys at this bike shop! the owner is great and soo are they workers they all know their shit straight up!! yall are adults quit crying like babys on the net grow up!!!! i will shop here for many years too come!

I'm with Andrew, no idea what the bad reviews are about. Took my kids there and was taken care of great. Completely honest, friendly and the guys were great to my kids. Gave them free stickers, it made there day. These guys have been there for 50 years, they gotta be doing something right. They got my business from now on.

Honestly, I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about. Seems like, most people reviewing either don't understand that stuff costs money and when YOU wreck your bike it needs to get fixed. I am a return customer and every time I go there, I get quick honest service, no more no less. I must admit that the owner can be a grump, but he means well. His prices are the best and his mechanic staff has over 100 years cumulative experience. In other words it's not some high school kid that doesn't what he's doing with your bike, it's a skilled professional. The shop has been around for nearly 60 years and has always been family owned. It's hard to be in business that long being "crooks" or dishonest. Don't believe the hype, these guys are the real deal.

Bought a $300 bike for my 7 year old son from this shop. Returned within 2 weeks for: 1) defective tire, 2) broken spoke guard and 3) slipping handle grips. Repairs of the above were ok. During adjustment and tune-up, service person failed to secure rear brakes guides which subsequently slipped and led to complete brake failure for the rear wheel. This could have been DEADLY!!! Will never purchase from this shop again.
