It is not every day that you find a lawyer that is willing to go the extra mile. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional she was in answering my questions. She took the time from her schedule to respond without asking me for payment. That says a lot about what matters most to her, and to me it is obvious that it is providing the best service possible. In the end because of certain time constraints regarding my current situation I will not need a lawyer at the moment. Her straightforward and honest consultation meant a lot. Therefore, I thank her again and will definitely seek her out when I need her.

I would highly recommend Dorrie to anyone. She is very professional, returns your calls/emails promptly, and gives her honest opinions whenever asked for them. She worked with me even though I did not have a lot of money and had to make payments to her, and tried her best. There were times I felt like she was "giving up" on my cause, but I have to remember that I was fighting tooth and nail on this and she probably just didn't agree with how hard I was fighting. IF you have the money to just hand someone for generic legal representation than Dorrie Whitlock is the lawyer for you!! Family law in Stanislaus County does not care about your childs best interest and that is from the words of Dorrie Whitlock herself! Mediation is a court room drama where lawyers battle it out for the future of innocent children that deserve better and more importantly need to be heard! Rules and the guidelines were not followed in my case and the system I believed was to protect my rights and the rights of my children proved the best interest guidline is not followed.
