My son left his very expensive camera in the limo.....and did not tell me about it for two weeks. I called the company who gave me the driver of the limos cell phone number. Angelo (driver) went out of his way to get the camera back to us! I was expecting the worse scenario and was extremely impressed by the honesty and their willingness to go the extra mile! Booked White Tie for my wedding in December 2008. First, we drove from Columbia in June 2008 to specifically see one limo, arranged three days prior to our trip to White Tie. Upon arrival, the limo we set an appointment for was not there, and the "office" (a house) had to call and found out that it was 30mins away, back in Mt. Pleasant "on display" in a parking lot on Hwy 17. Then two weeks after my wedding the driver called to harass me and tried to tell me that 30min overtime was due to them, or he would have to pay it himself. However nothing was said at the time of the event that we were going over, nor was the authorization form for OT ever presented to me. Then to top it all of, one of my Groomsmen lost his Blackberry in the limo. The day after the wedding he contacted the "office" and was supposedley told by the owner that the phone was not in the car. Then during the aforementioned phone call, the driver told me that he actually had the phone afterall, in an attmept to try to get me to pay the OT fee. I call that theft, and will follow through as such. This is a non-professional and shabby organization all around. I, nor my friends and family, will ever use this company again.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The Infiniti limousine and chauffeur were perfect. The limo was extremely clean, well-prepared, and on time for every event! And, Doug went well above and beyond to ensure that every guest was treated with respect and attention. Thank you!
