My meeting was very informative, I really learned alot

My visit was great

I joined weight watchers on June17, 2011. Today is July 28, 2011 and I am proud to say that I am 12 pounds lighter!!! This experience is turning out to be the BEST!!! The weigh ins are not as intimidating as I believed them to be. The group led by Denise is motivating, informative, and just plain AWESOME!! I would definitely recommend this plan to anyone that expresses the need to develop a healthy relationship with food.

WW in Westlake is a fun group, very diverse. Come check it out on Weds evenings at 6pm for weigh-in and 6:30pm for the meeting.

I have been a member since 1/3/11. I thought the new plan was great and I used all the e tools. After the 3rd week I gained 4.2 lbs. I never cheated and I tracked everything online. I got discouraged . Then I lost those lbs and once again ,I gained 5.1 lbs right aback. i did not cheat. I figure I'll give it another chance. then after 14 weeks I finally got down just 10.2lbs. I was delighted. I stuck to the program and then the next week I was up 2.2lbs. The program does NOT work. The counselors do not give one to one counseling. they just say how great the program works. I have been iLL since B4 Easter and I hurt my leg and foot. I have been off program for 3 weeks. Today 5/5/11 I will start over again. This is my last try B4 I quit Daniel Milano
