White Castles is a great place to eat. Unfortunely not the one on S. Broadway St. This store has horriable customer service, not so good food, and they are VERY VERY VERY slow! If you have to stop here, be prepared to wait for a long time for some not so good food.

AVOID WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD .THE BATHROOM WERE NOT CLEAN NOR WAS THE RESTAURANT PLUS THE DRIVE THREW WAS SLOW I HAD MANY PEOPLE TELL ME THE SAME THING.
AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK. IF YOU WANT TO GO TO A WHITE CASTLE GO TO THE ONE ON
BELLEFONTAINE RD. THEY ARE CLEAN AND THE FOOD IS GOOD I LIKE THE DRIVE THREW IT'S FAST EVEN THOUGH THERE'S A LOT OF CAR'S WITH GOOD SERVICE THAT THE PLACE TO GO

This is real good food and real fast. It is always made fresh when you order. The staff is not always very friendly usually somewhat robotic. It is hard to get condiments from this location also, you can ask for ketchup and get 1 packet. I am a ketchup lover and I know I am not alone.
I would reccommend this location to people because the food is very good.

White Castle should not be on the list of best hamburgers. Anyone that has ever eaten one knows that they are not hamburgers, they are Castles. Castles are a food group of their own.

If you don't like 'em , then who cares. They are on their own planet, and most of us love them that way. A crave case of cheese burgers to go... (and a small diet coke please)
