Trustworthy & Great Repair Work
Whitakers took care of my daughters' vehicles and treated them so well. With me in the Dallas area and both of them in Austin they could very easily have been taken advantage of. However, they were very considerate of my daughters' schedules, they were fair with the price, and the repair work they did on both vehicles was EXCELLENT!

My vehicle wasn't an insurance claim, so I shopped several auto body shops before choosing Whitakers. As far as estimates go, they were all fairly close, so the deciding factor for me was their great online reviews. I have to say that I was not disappointed in the slightest. These guys actually get it. Best customer service I can recall at any business! And that's what a customer wants; to be treated like your business is appreciated. The manager, salesman, receptionist, even the guy doing the pin-striping were all great. They earned my future business and my referrals. Thanks again and keep up the good work!
