I have been to this dealership a few times regarding random issues that have come up with my Lease. I agree with all the other negative reviews. I have trouble getting a hold of anyone, i always get attitude when i bring my car in and the last time they transferred me to a tow truck company that brought my car to the dealership in Santa Monica without telling me creating a huge fiasco that no one would take responsibilty for. I'm glad they did though because the SM dealership was superior. I will not be purchasing a new mercedes for either of my new leases coming up. Lexus all the way.‎

I came to Larry at Westwood Mercedes 2-years ago to service my old car a C-class Mercedes. A routine maintance with Larry was hundreds less then with the dealer in Santa Monica not to mention a pleasure. I have referred friends who have also gone and raved about Westwood Mercedes. I have since purchased an Audi and called Larry to see if he could perform a routine maintance which he said "no problem, he does not advertise working on other cars models but could confidently handle the service." Another great service, quick, and they saved me another couple hundred dollers. It is really a "NO BRAINER"...& you always leave feeling a little warm and fuzzy like dad just worked on your car! I highly recommend.‎

The dealer recommended Paulee's Body Shop for my repairs. I am ashamed that a body shop like Paulee's would be recommended by Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills. Paulee's were unprofessional and stole basic items in my trunk. This recommendation shows that Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills does not value customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere and so should you!‎

Not sure about the other reviews here, but I really like this location and they treat me well. I do have a C class - they do not give me attitude like some other locations. Great!‎
