Poor repairs; terrible service
I brought in an old, reliable Sony stereo system that was having some minor problems. Staff told me they could get the machine into shape for $100. After bringing home the unit, however, a new problem ensued. I took the stereo back to the shop, where staff denied there was a problem. After speaking to a manager, they agreed to look at it again -- and again told me there was no problem. This, despite the fact that CDs played with a loud clicking noise that had never been there before. Management refused to fix the new problem or discount the repair. Needless to say, I don't plan to be back -- and I'd advise others to stay away, too.
