They have a limited number of facilities which they are contracted hence able to send nurses. Good as a secondary source of income but may not be consistent enough to be a primary source of income. Having limited number of facilities also means that you may have to travel greater distances when sent to a facility. One facility they wanted to send me to was 94 miles away. They do not screen their facilities at all for legal or regulatory compliance with their patient care activities. Consequently, I have been sent to places that were using questionable medical practices, inadequate equiptment, outdated materials etc, etc. Communication between three regional office staff is poor.
