Sick English Bulldog by J C. at InsiderPages
I live a mile away from Westside so when my 3 yr old English bulldog became constipated and lethargic, I took her there. The doctor, I am not sure of his name (Dr. Ulfohn?) examined her and commented that her tongue was too large for her mouth. My gut feeling told me to run out of there that he probably never treated an English bulldog before. Against my better judgement, I left her there for several hrs and received a call from the doctor that she would be given enemas and that I could pick her up in a few hrs. Upon picking her up, the tech notified me that she was given three enemas but had very little result. ($268 and very little results ???) I was given a prescription to get a compounded medication at BCP Vet Pharmacy.Over the weekend, she became very ill. She stopped eating and could barely walk. On Monday I carried her to Brittmore Animal Hospital (38 miles away) to be treated by Dr. Matt Dikeman, a bulldog specialist.
He kept her in the hospital for four days and she received colace enemas and IV fluids. She is well now but I dread to think what would have happened if I hadn't taken action. The doctor later called my hsuband to ask if she was better. When he found out what had happened, he commented I'm sorry. Don't get me wrong, he seemed very nice, but I would have appreciated a straight forward, I am not sure what is going on and I will need to have her seen by another doctor.

Great place!
All of my cats have been seen in their clinic. The staff is very friendly and it is very obvious the vet truly love their jobs. We have seen both Dr Campbell and Dr Ulfohn. Fabulous hours and very flexible

Thank you! by Judith C. at InsiderPages
Dr. Campbell and her staff are incredible. I can't thank them enough for the loving and caring she showed my cocker spaniels the first time we saw her. Both of our dogs are blind and the eldest is going on 16 years, and the entire staff was patient and loving to them. Being blind, they are scared to go to a new place, but we had moved to Pearland and needed a closer vet. Westside has certainly filled and exceeded our expectations.
Thanks again!

Best vet
We recently had our dobie pup's ears cropped with Dr. Campbell and love the way it turned out. We have been very pleased with the care and have decided to transfer the care of our older dog over to her as well. We highly recommend her. Her and her staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

Incredible Service & Staff by Jonathan C. at InsiderPages
I have been a cusstomer for almost 15 years now. Cara Campbell (Doc Campbell as my 3 Boxers know her) is absolutely and amazing Veterinarian. Their staff is very knowledible and you get nothing but excellence at a great competitve price. I have referred dozens of people to Westside, and every last one of them has come away agreeing with me.

PROS: Excellence in Veterinary Care
CONS: None that I know of in almost 15 years.
