they are arrogant and cavalier
they are arrogant

They made a mistake and didn't order the product they were supposed too. My contractor drove 200 miles round to finad out they forgot and they just didn't care. Very cavalier and told to cancel if they didn't like No interest in the fact that they dove for nothing. Bobby the salesperson knew full well that they couldn't cancel as this was an add amount to finish my shower.
