We had them come out to work on our fridge, the ice machine wasn't working. This was on the 1st of the month. Said the motherboard wasn't working right and need to be replace. He comes back out a week later. ooopppsss, I didn't order this part of it. A week later, oh ya well, I thought that this was the part I needed. Called them on the third Monday and oh yea the part is in, will be there on Friday. Get a call on Friday, oh um well I thought that they sent me this part. Needless to say that when we 1st called we told them no big deal we just need it fixed by the 21st cause we had family coming. WELL guess what it isn't fixed and all they could say was sorry will get it right next time. that's it?!?!! Would NEVER recommend them for service!!

Had a MAJOR problem with another company and wasted 2 days with no fridge, was also told it would be a week to get the part to fix it. Then I called Westside, person on the phone was excellent, repair guy was great, and I got it fixed that day for about $100 less then the other place quoted. I would reccomend them to anyone and everyone.
