The staff is wonderful, loving, careing and completely dedicated to the animals. At 4:00 in the morning my puppy became very ill. I called them and in five minutes I received a return call. Chiquita was treated there for three days. I went to check on her several times a day along with many phone calls. My phone rang off the hook with updates. It was as if she was the only animal in their care. Everyone was very supportive during this most difficult time. It was truly a life or death situation. If you love your pet, this is the only place to go for the very best care.

I saw a pet boarding (exotic) with his cage soaked in feces and urine. He had been in for 6 days!!!AAHA, perhaps,but some-one should check on them more often, before giving out nice accreditation's!
