I had chosen Weston Brothers for all of our cooling needs since we purchased our home in 2004. Three in-wall Friedrich units and one Mitsubishi split-system later I am still glad we made that choice.
We recently had an issue with our split-system that they had installed and of course it came during the New York City summer and 90 degree days. Fortunately, Weston Brothers was able to come to our home just 3 days later and find the problem. The owner, Michael Weston, was very professional and knowledgeable. He performed some extensive troubleshooting over a 3-hour period and isolated the cause of the issue and solved the problem.
While some service companies ignore their client complaints, Weston Brothers takes great pride in their reputation and does what is necessary to get the job done and leave the client satisfied. I would highly recommend them for future projects and purchases.
