Michael Westgate changed my life!
I have a shoulder injury that was started by overworking my shoulder during rock climbing. After I first injured it, I climbed a few more times and injured it even more. I realized that I had an injury and not just sore muscles. From that point I stopped exercising that area and went to physical therapy for about a month and a half. There I was given exercises to stretch and strengthen my shoulder. After about 4
months I needed to help the healing along. A friend who had shoulder problems recommended Michael Westgate. After my first session, I felt immediate results. Michael helped with the pain in my shoulder and helped relieve the tense muscles in my shoulder and back. Even though I had shoulder pains, Michael found that the tension in my arms actually was preventing the healing of my shoulder. It took about 4 to
