Several people that includes me have ordered merchanise from this company. We ordered merchanise the last week of Sept and money was charged to our accounts on Oct 1th it's now November and they haven't deilivered the merchanise. We have been calling them since the money was taking out of our bank accounts . We are never helped and are told that Laura is the only that can help us. Of course Laura is never in the office or in a meeting just simply unavailable. Laura NEVER returns calls. If by chance Laura answers the phone her pad answer is I will check into and call you back.
