The rooms were dirty, specially shower had hair all over the drainage and even on the walls, room had a particular, not clean smell to it. The beds were uncomfortable and bumpy. There were stains on the sheets. There was little red spots on the matress which makes me wonder if there are bed bugs there. We put our own sheets on the bed so we wont sleep on those sheets. When i talked to the owner about it, he was very rude.

We arrived at this motel around 8pm. We checked in and were never asked for identification or my CC card, which was odd to us but we just let it go as we were sure they would ask at check out. We went up to our room to find that they were Full size beds not Queen like we had reserved. The room was very hot as the Air was not working, went to open the window to find an empty pop can in the window seal. Windows were a privacy glass so we couldn't see out the windows. We opened the window to see that there were no screens. (dangerous for children!) Pulled down one of the comforters to be greeted by a short black hair... When we decided we weren't going to stay here we were greeted by a very angry staff. Man said he would refund us our money but charge us for the time we used his facility to find somewhere else to stay. He then said it will cost you 84.00 for the 45 min we were in the room. He then proceeded to say that how did he know we didn't bring the pop can up to the room. The man accused my daughter of being racsist. The owner and his wife took me to show them the room and she wiped the hair off the pillow and remade the bed never changing the sheets or anything. To top off the ordeal. Come to find out this motel charged our credit card for the room 10 days prior to our arrival and it took them 7 days to refund our money, Then after posting about our stay on Trip Advisor the owner called me to say he was charging me for the room, He charged my card 240.27, 3 times what the original room rate was illegally. CHEAPER isnt BETTER!

The owner and staff (his family) were readily accessible at all hours of the day. I was very touched by their warmth and friendliness. The owner was quite computer savy and was able to connect my netbook to the motel's internet server, despite the difficulties I had encountered with gaining internet access at some previous motels. The owner even allowed me to use his personal cell phone to confirm my motel reservation for the next leg of my journey, after I discovered that my own carrier (Sprint) did not provide coverage in Montana. The motel was formerly the Best Western Inn in Billings, and the present owner has continued to maintain it as a nice quality facility.

I didn't know anyone in Billings and the owners were very kind and helped me when I arrived. I will stay there again soon.

Very helpful, and nice staff. Good Breakfast that was served in my room, and very comfy beds. The rooms were very clean, and the balcony room was amazing. It is such a great hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone!
