totally trust them with my pets
After using this vet for almost 4 years I have Nothing negative to say about them. They immediately formed a relationship with not only myself but also each of my pets. I could call in and they'd know me by name, etc. Don't ever recall waiting very long to be seen by the vet. They are exceptionally understanding with my cat, who becomes INSANE at Every appointment she's ever been to. When I had to put my dog to sleep, they were hugging him, saying their goodbyes and crying along with me. Even if I had to wait a while for my appointment, I would gladly do it for a caring relationship with my vet.

Better service anyone?
I thought with this hospital being in a good neighborhood it would be a good one. . . wrong. I waited for about 30 mins in reception , then another hour in the room! This is a professional place. And as far as I am concerned "Clients" are the very reason they are in business. Seems to me they do not have their priorities straight. My pets and I will never return.
